Who we are & what we're doing HERE
Allison & Michelle were founding members of the Product team that built and launched PatronManager, the leading CRM system for nonprofit performing arts organizations, built on Salesforce. They collectively, spent more than thirty years working at Patron before moving on to other exciting adventures.
In 2008, we got our very Salesforce certifications (“Authorized Consultant, Level Two” which hasn’t existed in years!), and continued on from there.
As product managers, we were involved in creating plenty of custom code for Salesforce; on this blog, we focus on the "clicks" side of things, writing about how button-click admin features can help organizations understand their data and get better results. Sometimes we just write about Salesforce admin best practices more generally. And sometimes we write shorter posts about things we've learned or apps we recommend.
